Presenter: Jessica Wacek, Senior Vice President, Marsh
Jess has BA in economics and French and Francophone studies from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY. She holds the following designations: CFA, CPCU, ARe, ARM, and is a licensed insurance and reinsurance producer in Massachusetts.Jess Wacek is a core member of the Marsh Global Analytics (MGA) sales team. In this role, she is responsible for communicating Marsh’s analytics capabilities to clients and prospects to facilitate enhanced decision making around insurance and alternative risk financing mechanisms. She also manages single and multi-line risk financing optimization projects for Marsh clients, identifying opportunities for cost savings and premium reductions while improving insurance protection. Jess is based in Boston, MA, and focuses primarily on clients and prospects in the northeast and central US.
Prior to joining Marsh in October 2015, Jess was a reinsurance broker for more than seven years at Guy Carpenter, Marsh’s sister company and reinsurance intermediary, in Boston. In this role, Jess worked predominantly with large insurance companies seeking reinsurance protection for their professional liability portfolios. She used proprietary analytics tools to help clients assess their risk and identify optimal reinsurance structures
